At StayActive4Life we believe that everybody deserves the help and support to live a more active and healthy life. We know you want to to stay fit, healthy and active for longer.

We deliver a range of exercise classes to help:

• Strengthen your muscles and become more flexible

• Improve your fitness and have greater stamina and more energy so that you can live your life to the full.

• Maintain your balance so that you feel steady on your feet and reduce your risk of falls

We deliver classes across the borough so please contact us for your local class and current prices.

The class times vary as we have so many classes.

Nordic Walking Course

Nordic Walking is a whole-body workout that engages 90% of your muscles and burns up to 40% more calories than regular walking. Invented by the Finnish Olympic cross-country team, it is high-impact sport, but gentle on your joints. Besides its benefits for general fitness, heart health, weight management and rehab, it also fosters mental well-being. We are in nature all year round with a friendly group of people. The course is 2 hours, then you can join our group walks.

Chair Yoga Mondays

Lovely friendly Iyengar yoga class for all levels (beginners welcome) – to help release and re-align the body, calm the mind, raise energy levels, ease stiff joints, improve posture and flexibility, plus more! The class is live-streamed so you can join from home if you prefer.
