Nordic Walking Course

Nordic Walking is a whole-body workout in nature, which was invented as the summer training of the Finnish Olympic Cross Country ski team. It uses 90% of your skeletal muscles, and is gentle on the joints. Positive impact on general fitness, heart health, weight loss and mental well-being. After the 2-hour course, you may join our weekly walking groups.

Tai Chi Chuan: 4-week Intro Course

Tai Chi supports general fitness and agility, stress release, balance, and memory. After the course, you may join our regular class (same time/location). No worries if you have never done Tai Chi or start it later in life; we teach in a way that everybody can learn it, and our Tai Chi group is non-competitive and friendly.
