Tai Chi Chuan: 4-week Intro Course
Tai Chi supports general fitness and agility, stress release, balance, and memory. After the course, you may join our regular class (same time/location). No worries if you have never done Tai Chi or start it later in life; we teach in a way that everybody can learn it, and our Tai Chi group is non-competitive and friendly.

Nordic Walking Course
Nordic Walking is a full body workout in nature, originally created as summer training of the Finnish Olympic cross country team. Benefits: Fitness, Weight Loss, Heart Health, Rehab, Mental Well-being and new friends. Gentle on the joints. After this 2-hour course, you may join our walking groups (Tuesdays and Sunday mornings).

Iyengar yoga classes help improve flexibility, alignment, strength and stamina and help quieten the mind, using props to help students access the poses safely. All ages and abilities welcome.
